It seems like Leaders are falling right and left. Many followers are turning their heads and overlooking abuse. Leadership is not easy. There is sufficient abuse toward leaders as well as abuse by leaders.
The Courageous Follower has some solid wisdom and answers and is extremely well-balanced.
