I love one verse that says a lot. A while ago in my morning Bible reading, I came across Exodus 32:34, “But now go, lead the people to the place about which I have spoken to you; behold my angel shall go before you…”
I journaled as follows:
Jesus, here is a good snapshot of leadership:
- Take responsibility to lead
- Take them someplace-forward movement, accomplishment
- Take them to the place You have made clear-vision
- He will be with me
Application for me:
- Don’t be afraid to lead
- Hear from Jesus re His vision for me
- Keep moving; cast vision, set goals, execute well as a team
- Be confident He is with me (and us) in this journey forward
