REDUCING THE NUMBER OF YOUR DIRECT REPORTS

It has been my experience that many leaders accumulate too many direct reports. This past week, Lead Pastor Tim Bice of Greenbriar Church (an Acts 29 church in Albany, Georgia) interviewed me on the numerous disadvantages of having too many direct reports, why leaders have too many, and what to do to lower the number.
