Just like you, I, at times, get tired of: Five ways to this; seven steps to that; the three most important things you need to know. Having said that, allow me to suggest three things I have been thinking about that I personally am in desperate need of  if I am to finish my race well and not take the Humpty Dumpty fall. My sense is that most people I know are overwhelmed and over committed; trying to do too much and traveling too fast. These help me with perspective and pacing.
